    IndiEx, LLC was incorporated in Arizona in 2011 as a software consulting business, dba Cox Business Consultants. While the company centered on software development and distribution strategies, it began to focus and engage the indie games community.

    Hotline Miami

    In 2013, IndiEx acquired as a client one of the premier indie publishers, Devolver Digital, maker of the million seller "Hotline Miami" series, to ePublish their titles in Asia.
